Casa Milà (La Pedrera) La Pedrera
Gaudí's rippling stone apartment block, famous for its roof of warrior-like chimneys.

La Pedrera, "the stone quarry", was built between 1906 and 1912 and was Gaudí's last civil work. The wavy limestone front has no right angles, and the iron balconies look like seaweed.
The visit takes you through a restored apartment, an attic exhibition about Gaudí's methods and the sculpted roof terrace, where the chimneys frame the Sagrada Família in the distance.
